Barry's Bar is a busy local pub in the heart of Rathcormac. Good crowd, good atmosphere, live music and match days keep things lively. Our regulars are the heart of the place, so we need staff who enjoy a chat as much as pulling a pint. We're looking for reliable casual staff to join the team.
The role
Serving drinks, working the till, keeping the bar and floor tidy, glass collection, and helping out on busy nights (weekends, bank holidays, big matches, live music nights). Full training given, but any bar or hospitality experience is a plus.
What we're looking for
- Friendly and chatty, comfortable having the craic with our regulars and making new faces feel welcome
- Reliable and punctual, you show up when rostered
- Comfortable in a busy bar on match days and music nights
- Available weekend evenings, flexibility for midweek shifts a bonus
- Applicants must be legally permitted to serve alcohol
- Experience pulling pints an advantage but not essential, attitude matters more
