We are looking for a passionate and experienced Senior Hair Stylist to join our friendly and welcoming team.With over 30 years of experience, our salon is well-known and loved within the local community. We pride ourselves on creating a warm, relaxed and professional environment where our clients feel comfortable, valued and excited to return.
About the Role
We are looking for an experienced stylist who is confident, creative and passionate about delivering beautiful hair and excellent customer service.
As a Senior Stylist, you will be responsible for:
* Providing high-quality cuts, colours, blow-dries and styling services
* Consulting with clients to understand their needs and recommend suitable styles and treatments
* Building strong, lasting relationships with our friendly and loyal clientele
* Maintaining a high standard of professionalism and attention to detail
* Keeping up to date with current hair trends, techniques and products
* Working as part of a supportive and positive salon team
* Helping to create a welcoming and enjoyable experience for every client
* Sharing your knowledge and experience with other members of the team
What We’re Looking For
We would love to hear from you if you are:
* Qualified and have 2+ years of experience working in a salon
* Confident in your cutting, colouring and styling abilities
* Friendly, approachable and confident when communicating with clients
* Passionate about hair and keeping up with the latest trends
* Reliable, professional and motivated
* Someone who takes pride in their work and genuinely enjoys making clients feel their best
* A positive team player who is happy to contribute to a friendly salon environment
