Project Fashion Academy is an ambitious, fast-growing business, and we are looking for an exceptional Customer & Business Growth Manager to join our team.
This is much more than a traditional office management role. You will be at the heart of our customer experience and day-to-day operations, while playing an active role in driving bookings, identifying new business opportunities and helping the company grow.

We give young people the skills, confidence and experience to turn their ideas into reality and create a pathway towards further study and future careers in the fashion industry.
What You'll Be Doing:
You will take ownership of a wide range of customer, administrative and business development activities, including:
- Managing a high volume of customer enquiries by phone and email.
- Delivering an outstanding customer experience and building strong customer relationships.
- Managing enquiries, following up leads and converting opportunities into bookings.
- Actively identifying new business and opportunities for growth.
- Supporting the achievement of sales, customer and business targets.
- Managing multiple priorities and ensuring deadlines are consistently met.
- Resolving customer issues confidently and professionally.
- Keeping business information, bookings and administration accurate and up to date.
- Identifying ways to improve systems, processes and the customer experience.
- Working closely with management and the wider team to support the continued growth of Project Fashion Academy.
