We are looking to hire a Qualified Electrician.

Job Duties:

Conduct and manage the Installation and commissioning of residential, commercial and agricultural Solar PV systems.
Experienced in managing your own schedule of work, the ability to work at pace, but to a very high standard.
Ideally, have worked with and managed electrical apprentices who will work alongside you in your team.
Be a strong decision maker and confident in your approach with customers and clients, providing detailed customer explanations on completion of installation.
Ensure Health & Safety procedures are understood & adhered to at all times.
Guarantee that the works comply with site quality standards and guidelines.
Comply with all safety limitations and procedures.
Ensure that correct PPE is worn at all time on site.
Keep the workplace in a tidy manner and free of excess materials.
Plan and execute works in the most productive manner.
Dispose of waste in the correct receptacles.
Comply with site instructions regarding the formulation and implementation of RAMS - SPA’s etc.
Testing, maintenance, and repair/replacement.

Skills Needed:

Ability to work independently.
Domestic Experience essential.
Problem-solving – to take a controlled/real-time approach to problems and solving them.
Ability to manage and priorities tasks.
Interpersonal skills – and be willing to work on one’s own initiative or as part of a wider site team.
Understanding of construction documentation an advantage.
Excellent communication skills.
Capability to work well under pressure and within a strict time limit environment.
