We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Eyebrow Bar supervisor to lead our team in providing exceptional eyebrow styling services. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the beauty industry, specifically in eyebrow shaping, and possess excellent management skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Styling Services: Perform a variety of eyebrow styling services, including shaping, tinting, and threading.
Team Leadership: Supervise and motivate a team of beauty professionals, ensuring high standards of service and client satisfaction.
Customer Service: Deliver exceptional customer service, building rapport with clients and addressing any concerns or feedback.
Training: Provide training and guidance to staff on best practices, new techniques, and product knowledge.
Administrative Duties: Handle all paperwork, including scheduling, inventory management.
Sales & Promotions: Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote services, boosting sales and clientele.
Health & Safety Compliance: Ensure that all health and safety regulations are followed in the salon.
Qualifications:
Minimum of 2 years of experience in the beauty industry, specifically in eyebrow services.
Proven experience in a supervisory or managerial role.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Knowledge of beauty products and techniques related to eyebrow styling.
Proficient in administrative tasks and paperwork management.
