Main duties waiting person:

Report for duty on time and in the correct uniform as outlined in the induction handbook, maintaining a clean and neat appearance at all times.

Ensure your assigned area is fully prepared for service, including table setups, cleaning, and stock checks.

Follow all hygiene regulations to ensure safe handling and serving of food and beverages.

Ensure that meals and beverages are served efficiently, with minimum delay and in a manner that respects the hotel's standards of quality.

Assist in restaurant, ballroom, and function room setup, ensuring the area is ready for guests.

Full time availability throughout the academic year - any shifts

Age 18 years plus for bar Positions

Ability to commute independently

Fluent spoken & Written English

Permission to reside and work in Ireland
