The Old Quarter Pub is looking for an experienced and motivated Fulltime Duty Manager to to join the team. The successful candidate will have a ‘can do’ attitude to join the team to assist in the smooth running of the business on a day to day basis.
Key Responsibilities:
Duties will include but are not limited to:
- Staff training and mentoring
- Stock control
- Opening/ Closing of the business
- Attention to detail
- Cash handling and reconciliation
- Customer care
- Communicating with all departments within the business to ensure the smooth running of the business.
- Maintain standards
- Use of own initiative
- Health & Safety
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Duty Manager (2 -3 years of experience as a Duty Manager or in a similar role)
- Fluency in English with excellent communication skills
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent customer service and communication abilities
- Knowledge of cocktails, beverages, and bar operations
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays

Pay: Up to €45,000.00 per year
