Role Overview:
As a Team Member at Jungle Berry, you will be the face of our brand, delivering outstanding customer service while preparing our range of smoothies, juices, and healthy snacks. You’ll work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment where quality, cleanliness, and customer satisfaction are key.
Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare smoothies, juices, and food items to Jungle Berry standards
• Provide excellent customer service and create a welcoming atmosphere
• Handle orders, operate the till, and manage payments
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene across the store
• Restock ingredients and ensure fresh product availability
• Follow all health and safety guidelines
• Work collaboratively with team members to ensure smooth daily operations
Requirements:
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Flexible availability, including weekends
• Previous experience in hospitality or retail is an advantage but not essential
