Are you passionate about fresh food, retail excellence, and developing high-performing teams? We're looking for an experienced Fresh Food Area Manager to lead and support multiple stores, driving sales, profitability, food quality, and exceptional customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and support Fresh Food operations across multiple stores.
- Drive sales, margins, profitability, and waste reduction.
- Coach, train, and develop Store Managers and Fresh Food teams.
- Ensure outstanding food quality, HACCP compliance, and audit standards.
- Build strong relationships with suppliers and store teams.
- Introduce new fresh food concepts and best practices.
- Monitor KPIs, performance, and operational standards.
- Support stores through regular visits and hands-on guidance.
What You'll Bring
- Proven experience inFresh Food Area Management or a senior Fresh Food Management role, ideally across multiple locations.
- Strong commercial acumen with an excellent understanding of margins, costings, budgets, and profitability.
- Confident analysing and presenting financial and performance data to senior management.
- A proven track record of driving sales, improving margins, and delivering operational results.
- Excellent knowledge of HACCP and food safety.
- Outstanding leadership, coaching, and communication skills.
- Experience with Kelsius and Digitally is an advantage.
- Strong IT skills and a full, clean driver's licence.
