Robust Group is a growing property maintenance company working across residential and commercial properties throughout Dublin. We are looking for a reliable and motivated Property Maintenance Operative to join our team.
This is a varied role suited to someone who enjoys practical work, takes pride in their workmanship and can work independently.
Typical Duties:
- General property repairs and maintenance
- Painting and decorating
- Flooring repairs and replacement
- Furniture assembly and installation
- Basic plumbing repairs
- Basic carpentry and handyman works
- Liaising with tenants, owners and contractors
- Uploading reports, photographs and time records using our job management app
Requirements:
- Full clean driving licence
- Good communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage your own workload
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Professional and trustworthy manner when dealing with tenants and clients
- Experience in property maintenance, construction, painting, carpentry or a related trade
