You'll play a key role in supporting the recruitment journey from initial application through to onboarding, while also assisting with a variety of administrative tasks that contribute to the day-to-day success of the business. The Role
As a Recruitment Assistant / Administrator, you'll help ensure a positive candidate experience while supporting the wider team with recruitment and administrative activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Scheduling and coordinating telephone, virtual, and face-to-face interviews
- Conducting initial candidate screening calls and qualification checks
- Supporting candidates throughout the recruitment and onboarding process
- Responding to candidate enquiries via phone, email, and online platforms
- Maintaining accurate records and updating internal recruitment systems
- Assisting with job advertising and recruitment campaign administration
- Managing interview schedules and recruitment documentation
- Supporting general office administration and operational tasks
- Assisting with recruitment-related marketing and social media updates
- Working closely with management to support hiring needs and business growth
What We're Looking For
- Previous experience in administration, recruitment, customer service, hospitality, sales, or another people-focused role
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
- Confident using Microsoft Office and online systems
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively
- A professional, positive, and proactive approach
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Eagerness to learn and develop new skills
