Location: Lusk, County Dublin
Salary: €40,000 - 45,000 DOE
Bonus: €2,000 annual performance bonus based upon hitting relevant targets, pro-rata in first year.
Contract: Permanent
Schedule: Monday - Friday. 10pm - 7:15am
About the role:
The primary purpose of this role is to support Lynas Foodservice’s customer service standards by ensuring the safe and efficient running of site operations. This includes supervising and assisting a team of night operatives in the unloading of trunker vehicles, as well as the accurate sorting and loading of the depot’s delivery fleet. The role is also responsible for ensuring depot loading standards are consistently achieved, while maintaining a strong focus on health and safety, monitoring team performance, and promoting safe working practices across all activities.

What you need:
- Good working knowledge of MS office products
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Strong ability in leading a team
- Good team working ability
- Motivation to meet and exceed KPI's
- Ability to assist continuous improvement efforts
Key responsibilities:
- People: Promote a positive working atmosphere where recognition and teamwork are held in the highest regard.
- Manage Process (Including site security): Comply with and manage all warehouse and delivery processes across the site.
- Performance Management: Support management in monitoring performance standards and performance improvement.
- Equipment/Facility Maintenance: Ensure all equipment and MHE are maintained and used correctly.
- Health & Safety Management: Management of Health & Safety within the warehouse.
Experience (Essential)
- Minimum 1 year supervisory experience in fast paced environment
Qualifications (Desirable)
- Knowledge and understanding of a variety of roles including driver, shunter, loader and FLT functions.
- FLT & ROPPT License
