Ormonde Construction Ltd is seeking an experienced and safety-conscious Basic Scaffolder to join our growing construction team. Based from our Head Office in Kilkenny, the successful candidate will travel to construction projects throughout the South East,
To erect, alter and dismantle basic scaffolding safely..
Main duties
- Erect, alter and dismantle basic scaffolding safely.
- Inspect scaffolding materials before use.
- Load and unload scaffolding equipment.
- Follow site plans, instructions and safety procedures.
- Keep the work area clean and organised.
- Work safely alongside other trades and site personnel.
- Report damaged equipment or safety concerns to the Site Manager.
Requirements
- Must have Valid Basic Scaffolder CSCS card.
- Valid Safe Pass and Manual Handling certificates.
- Previous scaffolding or construction-site experience.
- Good understanding of health and safety requirements.
- Physically fit and comfortable working at height.
- Reliable, punctual and able to work as part of a team.
- Own transport is an advantage.

- Good organisational and planning skills.
Pay: €21.37 per hour
