Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Logistics & Transport Administrator fto support the daily operation of transport and customer service activities. This role requires strong administrative, analytical, and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced FMCG and logistics environment.
The successful candidate will work closely with customers, transport teams, warehouse operations, and internal stakeholders to ensure efficient order processing, delivery management, and issue resolution.
Key Responsibilities
Order & Transport Administration
-
Download and process customer orders from company systems.

Compile transport route plans, delivery schedules, and customer address information.

Print and prepare delivery documentation and dockets.
-
Confirm completion of customer orders and deliveries.
Delivery & Customer Service Management
-
Review depot reports and investigate delivery issues.
-
Resolve customer queries relating to:
- Short deliveries
-
Non-deliveries
-
Damaged goods
-
Incorrect deliveries
-
Communicate findings and resolutions to customers and stakeholders.

Scan and confirm Proofs of Delivery (PODs).
Inventory & Warehouse Support
-
Book stock into Goods In and put-away locations.

Manage and update keg return reporting, balancing inbound and outbound volumes.

Support warehouse and transport operations as required.
Reporting & KPI Monitoring

Produce and monitor operational reports, including:
- On-Time In-Full (OTIF) performance

Pick accuracy reports
-
Storage pallet reports
-
Analyse operational data and identify areas for improvement.

Provide regular updates and reporting to relevant stakeholders.
General Administration

Maintain accurate records and documentation.

Support ad hoc projects and administrative tasks as required.

Ensure compliance with company processes and service standards.
Required Skills & Experience
