As an Office Administrator, you will be responsible for supporting day-to-day administrative functions to ensure the efficient and accurate operation of office and project activities. This role oversees key administrative processes including document control, labour tracking and coordination tasks, ensuring consistency, accuracy and alignment with organisational requirements.

Responsibilities-
Booking and coordinating site inductions for project personnel

Managing document control processes using internal document control systems

Maintaining accurate filing and document tracking systems across projects

Uploading and tracking weekly labour hours in line with project requirements

Supporting weekly timesheet administration and ensuring accuracy of records

Ensuring all documentation is filed correctly and easily accessible for project teams

Communicating with internal teams to gather required administrative information

Providing general administrative support to project and office teams
Requirements-
Previous experience in an administrative role within a construction, engineering or similar environment is desirable

Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities

High attention to detail with a focus on accuracy

Good communication skills with the ability to work with internal teams

Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel

Ability to work on own initiative and as part of a team
