Job Description:
We are looking for a Customer Onboarding Analyst to join our growing company. This role is a permanent, full-time position based in Galway. We are in search of a meticulous analyst to facilitate the smooth onboarding of data to our system. In this role, you will be entrusted with the vital responsibility of transferring data, ensuring its accuracy, integrity, and security throughout the process.
Responsibilities
· Collaborate closely with project teams and stakeholders to complete data transfer tasks within agreed timelines.
· Cleanse and refine data as necessary to amplify its precision and dependability during the transfer process.
· Devise meticulous data maps, outlining fields, attributes, and relationships, to guarantee data consistency and coherence.
· Diligently oversee data transfer activities, promptly troubleshoot challenges, and rectify any inconsistencies.
· Maintain unwavering data security and adherence to relevant regulations during the manual data transfer.
· Collaborate with IT teams to refine data transfer requirements and improve performance of functions.
· Methodically document data transfer procedures, workflows, and encountered hurdles for future reference.
Key Requirements
· Demonstrate a proven track record data management and transformation, or analogous data-related processes, ideally within a multifaceted business landscape.
· Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
· Approach tasks with meticulous attention to detail, coupled with adept troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
· Thrive in managing multiple tasks and priorities within a fast-paced project environment.
· Knowledge of data security best practices and regulatory compliance is advantageous.
· Familiarity with financial or credit management systems is an advantage
