Office Personnel (Part-Time) Location: Newcastle, Co. Dublin (On-site)
Landmark Architectural Salvage & Granite Products, Ireland’s largest architectural salvage yard, is seeking an experienced and highly organised Office Personnel to manage daily office operations and bookkeeping.
Key Responsibilities
- Office Administration — Manage daily office operations, customer enquiries, order processing, delivery coordination, and filing systems.
- Bookkeeping — Handle day‑to‑day accounts, supplier invoices, receipts, bank reconciliations, debtors, and preparation of financial documents for the accountant.
Requirements
- Proven experience in senior office administration or bookkeeping
- Strong financial and accounting software skills
- High proficiency in MS Office and general IT systems
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently
