We’re a small, friendly daytime café looking for a Supervisor to lead our tight-knit team.
What you’ll do:
Lead & manage a small team day-to-day.
Train new staff on coffee, service & café standards. Keep shifts running smooth during daytime hours. Maintain quality & vibe our customers love.
What you need:
Strong barista skills (solid latte art knowledge). Experience in managing/supervising in café/hospitality.
Friendly, communicative, hands-on team player. Reliable for daytime shifts.
Availability mainly mid-week & also some weekends.
