Role Description
This is a temporary on-site role for a Research Interviewer at Interactions Ltd. The Research Interviewer will be responsible for conducting interviews and gathering data. The role involves engaging with participants and collecting feedback. Currently, interviewers are needed for a range of short-term research projects. There is also ad hoc opportunities in ongoing work. Flexible scheduling is available.
Responsibilities:
- Adhere to Health & Safety and Interviewing Quality guidelines.
- Establish rapport with the public.
- Conduct interviews accurately using tablets.
- Meet interview quotas.
- Submit work promptly.
- Communicate effectively with members of the public, research team and office.
Training will be provided.
Skills:
- Outgoing, polite, enjoys dealing with people.
- Attention to detail.
- Strong listening and communication skills.
- Flexibility in work approach.
- Well-organised and deadline-oriented.
- Excellent written & spoken English.
- Own transportation would be a bonus.
