Join a Growing Music & Events Business We're looking for an organised, creative and motivated person to join our growing music and entertainment business.
This role supports three exciting brands: - Lance West – Professional DJ & Event Host - Devoted Entertainment – Premium Wedding Entertainment - Body Funk – Live Party Band
This is a hybrid role, combining remote working with regular office meetings, content days and occasional attendance at weddings, corporate events and live performances.
You'll gain real experience in marketing, content creation, events and business operations while working alongside an ambitious and well established entertainment company.
What You'll Be Doing
- Planning, scheduling and publishing content across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn and YouTube
- Editing short-form video content using Adobe Premiere Pro (or similar)
- Creating graphics and editing images using Adobe Photoshop
- Writing engaging captions and ensuring all content reflects our brand
- Managing and organising our extensive library of photos and videos
- Working with videographers and editors to produce new content
- Supporting marketing campaigns and business development
- General office administration and organisational tasks
- Communicating professionally with clients, venues and suppliers
- Assisting with event planning and coordination
There will also be opportunities to:
- Join us on content shoots and filming days - Capture behind-the-scenes content at weddings and live events
- Assist with setting up event equipment (additional paid hours available)
- Experience the music and events industry first-hand
Who We're Looking For
This role would suit someone with some experience in content creation who is looking to develop their career in marketing, media or the events industry.
You should be:
- Organised and reliable
- Friendly and confident communicating with people
- Creative with good attention to detail
- Self-motivated and proactive
- Comfortable working independently
- Interested in music, events or marketing
Essential Skills
- Experience editing video using Adobe Premiere Pro (or similar)
- Experience using Adobe Photoshop or simialr
- Experience creating content for social media
- Good understanding of Instagram, TikTok, Facebook and YouTube
- Strong computer skills
- Full driving licence and access to your own transport is ideal
