Position: Receptionist, Niche Living Rathmines - Fulltime

We’re on the lookout for customer service pros to join our Front of House team at Niche Living Rathmines..
Unlike a hotel reception, you’re not chained to a desk dealing with the switchboard, handling payments and processing high volumes of check-ins and outs. Instead, your priority is hosting and the whole building is your workplace.
You’ll have daily contact with our residents, so good people skills are a must. If you’re a natural born multitasker who thrives in a vibrant, diverse environment and enjoys helping people feel at home, we’d love to hear from you.
The role:
- When on duty you are the face of Niche Living, you are a “great host” and “brand ambassador”, always there to listen and attend to our members and visitors.
- You assist with show arounds, welcome new residents as well as assisting departing residents
- You ensure that all communal spaces and environs are set to the Niche Living standard, always presentable to our members and guests
- You organise daily administration, update our residents app with notifications and alerts as well attending to queries, requests and events that occur throughout the day
- You arrange check ins and outs, billing enquiries and look after guest queries or complaints.
The person we are looking for:
● A person who enjoys interacting and engaging with people
● A person who is sharp, has great attention to detail and is an expert at pre-empting or anticipating our Residents and Guests needs
● A person with previous experience in a 4- or 5-star hotel environment an advantage
● Available to work 5 days over 7 days a week, shifts included
● Computer literacy (Microsoft 365 package). Hotel PMS software experience an advantage
● Fluent spoken and written English in essential (additional language is a plus)
