Pharmacy Counter Assistant - Ballycasey Pharmacy, Ballycasey Crescent, Shannon, Co. Clare
We're looking for an experienced, customer-focussed Pharmacy Counter Assistant to join our team at Ballycasey Pharmacy, Ballycasey Crescent, Shannon, Co. Clare.
About the role
As one of the busiest community pharmacies in the area, no two days are the same. You'll be at the heart of our front of shop, welcoming customers, helping them find what they need, and ensuring everyone receives an excellent experience.
Your role will include:

Providing friendly, helpful service and building positive relationships with customers

Working closely with the pharmacy team to ensure smooth daily operations

Managing stock and supporting merchandising to keep the shop looking its best

Developing strong product knowledge to confidently guide customers

Helping to highlight our pharmacy services in-store., both in-store
About you
We'd love to hear from you if you:

Have retail or pharmacy front of shop experience (essential)

Enjoy working in a fast-paced environment as part of a team

Take pride in delivering outstanding customer service

Have a keen interest in merchandising and promoting services creatively

An OTC qualification is desirable
