We are currently hiring Danish-speaking Trust & Safety Associates to join a global team based in Dublin.
This role plays a vital part in creating a safer online environment by reviewing and assessing user-generated content across a major online platform. You will help ensure that community standards and platform policies are applied consistently while protecting users and maintaining platform integrity.
The team specifically focuses on identifying and reviewing content related to hate speech, hateful conduct, discrimination, harassment, and other harmful content, helping to ensure online communities remain safe and respectful for all users.
What you'll be doing

Review and assess user-generated content including text, images, audio, and video

Investigate content reported by users or flagged by internal systems

Identify and action content related to hate speech, harassment, discrimination, and harmful behaviour in line with platform policies

Apply platform guidelines accurately and consistently

Escalate complex cases when required

Support the safety and integrity of online communities

Participate in ongoing training and quality improvement initiatives

Work closely with colleagues in a fast-paced, international environment
What we're looking for

Fluent Danish and English

Important Information
This role involves reviewing content that may be sensitive, graphic, offensive, or otherwise disturbing in nature, including content relating to hate speech, violence, discrimination, and other harmful behaviours. Successful candidates will have strong resilience, emotional maturity, and the ability to remain objective while carrying out their responsibilities.
