Key Responsibilities:
- Achieve and exceed sales targets by following our proven BMW sales process.
- Deliver a premium and personalised experience to every customer.
- Complete accurate vehicle appraisals and manage trade-ins efficiently.
- Uphold BMW brand standards across all new and used vehicle transactions.
- Build lasting relationships with customers to drive loyalty and repeat business.
- Maintain precise and up-to-date records across all sales and customer interactions
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- Minimum 2 years of car sales experience is essential.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a professional and customer-focused approach.
- Excellent personal presentation and ability to represent the Colm Quinn brand to the highest standards.
- Full clean driver’s licence and ability to commute reliably to our Galway location.
- Self-motivated, ambitious and committed to delivering results.
