Servisource is seeking to hire a compassionate and experienced Clinical Nurse Manager 1 (CNM1) to join our clients facility in providing exceptional resident care.
The role of the Clinical Nurse Manager shall be to support the Person in Charge in the clinical and professional leadership of the care team and to deliver direct resident care.

Key Responsibilities:
- Supervising and supporting nursing staff to ensure high-quality patient care.
- Coordinating daily clinical and administrative operations within the unit/ward.
- Ensuring compliance with HIQA standards, healthcare policies, and best nursing practices.
- Assisting with staff rostering, training, mentoring, and performance management.
- Promoting a safe, person-centred, and positive care environment.
- Supporting clinical audits, documentation, and quality improvement initiatives.
- Collaborating effectively with multidisciplinary healthcare teams.
Essential Requirements:
- A registered General Nurse or Psychiatric Nurse on the Register of Nurses held by Nursing and Midwifery Board of Ireland or be entitled to be so registered.
- Evidence of continuous professional development.
- Minimum three years post graduate experience with a minimum of one year experience at CNM level.
- Have an in-depth knowledge of the ageing process.
Desirable Requirements:
- Post Graduate Diploma in Gerontology
- Management qualifications
- Gerontology experience
- Experience in Psycho Geriatric Nursing Care/Psychiatry/Adult Disabled.
- Have an in-depth knowledge of the ageing process.
