Production Supervisor

Hours: 42.5 hours per week / overtime available
About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and proactive Production Supervisor to oversee daily operations across our production and warehouse functions. This is a hands-on leadership role requiring strong organisational skills, a commitment to quality and safety, and the ability to motivate teams to achieve production targets.
Key Responsibilities
Production & Operations
- Allocate, Supervise, and support all areas of Production.
Quality Control
- Oversee Quality of Materials in and Manufactured product out.
Warehouse & Forklift Operations
- Safely and efficiently manage warehouse activities, including inventory handling, stock movement, and forklift operations.
Health & Safety
- Promote, Enforce and Monitor all areas of Health and safety as per company standards and policies.
Maintenance
- Coordinate, track and report on maintenance completed / required.
Team Leadership
- Lead and support production team to thrive in a positive working environment.
Housekeeping & Administration
- Implement and maintain high housekeeping standards, ensuring clean and safe working environment.
Requirements
Essential
- Previous supervisory experience within a manufacturing, production, or warehouse environment.
- Valid forklift licence and practical forklift operating experience.
- Strong leadership and people management skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Good understanding of health and safety procedures.
- Ability to work independently and make decisions under pressure.
- Flexible approach to working hours, including overtime when required.
