Old Fashioned Sam's is one of Dublin's most exciting multi-concept venues — a cocktail bar, restaurant, and event space spread across a heated courtyard, front bar, Laura's Restaurant, and our basement speakeasy, Sam's Parlour. The Role
We're looking for a skilled cocktail bartender who genuinely loves looking after guests. You'll be mixing classic and signature cocktails, keeping standards high behind the bar, and delivering the kind of warm, polished service that keeps people coming back. This is a customer-focused role at the heart of a great team.
What You'll Do
- Craft cocktails to a consistently high standard, from classics to our signature menu
- Deliver friendly, attentive service that makes every guest feel looked after
- Keep your bar clean, stocked, and running smoothly during service
- Work closely with the wider floor and bar team to keep things moving
- Maintain speed and quality even when it's busy
