Comer Group Ireland is currently recruiting an experienced and motivated Finishing Foreman to assist in the delivery of a major high-rise residential development with an underground car park in South Dublin.
As a key member of our site team, you'll work alongside other Foremen to ensure day-to-day operations run smoothly, safely, and efficiently-maintaining progress in line with project schedules and quality standards.

Salary
Negotiable, based on experience
Responsibilities
-
Oversee finishing and general construction works to ensure compliance with design specifications and schedules

Manage and coordinate subcontractors and trades personnel on site

Enforce Health, Safety, and Welfare policies at all times

Attend site management and planning meetings regularly

Monitor all works on site to ensure quality, compliance, and continuity

Constantly drive all subcontractors to completion whilst keeping quality maintained throughout.

Ensure plant and equipment are used and maintained properly

Uphold the highest quality standards across all site activities
Experience Required
-
5+ years' experience in a Foreman role on large-scale construction projects
-
Background in residential and/or underground car park construction is highly desirable
-
Strong communication, organisational, and leadership skills
-
Ability to manage time and personnel effectively
-
Proficiency in site administration and reporting
Preferred Qualifications
-
Trade certification or a construction-related degree
-
First Aid and CIF Managing Safely in Construction certification

Experience with high-rise developments and underground structures
