CNC Milling Machine Operator / Setter – Medical Devices
Caragh Precision is currently recruiting for Machine Setters & Programmers for our company, based in Parkmore Business Park, Co. Galway.
Requirements:
· CNC machining, setting and programming experience essential.
· Knowledge and experience of different CNC lathes and mills a distinct advantage.
- Accuracy and good attention to detail.
- Good level of written and spoken English.
- Mechanical aptitude an advantage.
- Ability to work well individually and as part of a team.
General Function
Reporting to the Cell Lead / Production Supervisor, the CNC Machine Setter / Programmer is responsible for delivering on production and quality requirements in the turning department.
Main Duties
- Programming, setting up and running CNC Turing Machines
- Following procedures and carrying out visual inspections on specialised products to make sure correct specifications are followed.
- Maintaining high attention to detail at all times.
- Achieving daily/weekly targets.
- Adhere to Company policies and ensuring health and safety regulations are maintained at all times.
