Cookies Early Learning Centre is looking for an enthusiastic and caring Early Years Educator / Toddler Room Leader to join our team at our Celbridge setting. This role is dedicated to our Toddler Room, supporting children aged 2 to 3 years, and is ideal for an educator who enjoys creating engaging learning experiences during this important stage of development.
You will work closely with another experienced educator to provide a safe, stimulating, and nurturing environment where children can learn, play, and thrive every day.

Position Information
- Location: Cookies Early Learning Centre, Celbridge, Co. Kildare
- Contract: Full-Time, Permanent
- Working Days: Monday to Friday
- Salary: €16.00–€18.50 per hour (depending on qualifications and experience)
- Start Date: Immediate
Key Responsibilities
- Lead daily activities within the Toddler Room (2–3 years) alongside other educator.
- Plan and deliver stimulating, age-appropriate learning experiences based on the Aistear and Síolta frameworks.
- Foster children's social, emotional, physical, and cognitive development.
- Create a warm, inclusive, and secure environment that promotes wellbeing and independence.
- Build positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues.
- Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with Tusla regulations and centre policies.
What We're Looking For
- QQI/FETAC Level 6 qualification in Early Childhood Care and Education (minimum requirement).
- Previous experience working with toddlers or in an early years setting.
- Room Leader experience is beneficial but not essential.
- Strong communication, teamwork, and organisational skills.
- A positive, proactive attitude and genuine passion for supporting young children's development.

Preferred Qualifications
- Advanced/Higher Certificate in Early Childhood Care and Education.
