Foreman / Site Manager – Drogheda
We are currently seeking an experienced Foreman / Site Manager to join a residential construction project in Drogheda. This is a great opportunity for someone who can take ownership of site activities and drive delivery from early stages through to completion.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day site operations across residential construction works
- Coordinate subcontractors and ensure smooth sequencing of trades
- Drive programme delivery and ensure key milestones are achieved
- Maintain strong focus on Health & Safety compliance at all times
- Carry out site meetings, inspections, and daily progress checks
- Ensure quality standards are met across all phases of construction
- Work closely with Project and Contracts Managers to resolve site issues
- Maintain an organised, safe, and efficient site environment
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Foreman or Site Manager on residential projects
- Strong leadership and subcontractor management ability
- Good understanding of construction sequencing and site delivery
- Strong Health & Safety awareness and compliance experience
- Ability to manage programme and drive productivity on site
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Trade background or construction qualification advantageous

Pay: €65,000.00-€75,000.00 per year
