Overview
The Rusty Mackerel is currently looking for a reliable and hardworking Housekeeper to join our hospitality team. The successful candidate will help maintain high cleanliness and presentation standards across guest accommodation and public areas.
Key Responsibilities
- Clean and prepare guest rooms and public areas to a high standard
- Change bed linen, replace towels, and replenish room supplies
- Ensure all cleaning tasks are completed efficiently and thoroughly
- Report maintenance issues or damaged items to management
- Follow health and safety and hygiene procedures at all times
- Assist with laundry duties when required
- Work collaboratively with the wider hospitality team to ensure guest satisfaction
Experience & Skills Required
- Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience preferred but not essential
- Strong attention to detail and cleanliness
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Good time management and organisational skills
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Flexibility to work mornings, weekends, and busy seasonal periods
Pay: €16.00-€17.00 per hour
