As part of our on-going growth, we are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented individual to join our Steel Fabrication team at our manufacturing facility in Tusker, Broomfield, Co. Monaghan team as an Office Administrator. This role plays a key part in ensuring the smooth operation of the workshop through effective administration, production support, and coordination of key processes.

Requirements:
· Experience within a steel fabrication, manufacturing or similar environment is advantageous
· Previous experience with Strumis software is desirable, though full training will be provided
· Experience with purchase order processes is preferable
· Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail
· Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
· Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise in a fast-paced environment
· Proactive approach with a strong focus on problem-solving and continuous improvement
Key Responsibilities:
Reporting directly to the Workshop Manager your duties will include but are not limited to the following:
· Support the implementation and ongoing use of the Strumis system for production tracking, developing proficiency over time.
· Perform plate nesting activities using Procut, ensuring accurate allocation of material and labour costs.
· Maintain accurate stock and inventory records and prepare monthly stock reports.
· Raise, monitor, and close Purchase Orders, ensuring accuracy and timely processing.
· Maintain well organised and up to date project documentation and purchasing records.
· Assist in the review and improvement of maintenance management systems.
· Provide general administrative support as required.
· Support adherence to EN1090 and ISO 9001 standards, contributing to compliance activities and documentation.
Pay: €14.15-€16.15 per hour
