We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Office Administrator to join our team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office, and delivering excellent customer service to our clients. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment and enjoys a variety of administrative tasks.
Role/Responsibilities:
- Greeting customers and directing them to the appropriate areas
- Handling basic office tasks, such as filing, delivering mail, answering emails and phone calls, and data entry.
- Managing and updating of health and safety documents.
- Entering and updating company and client records.
- Ordering, storing and distributing office supplies.
- Responding to client inquiries.
- General organising ensure the office/areas are well-organized, tidy, and functions efficiently, including managing filing systems and archiving
- Marketing Support assisting with the preparation of marketing materials such as reviewing brochures and online
Administrator Requirements
- Familiarity with office technology and equipment, including computers, scanners, printers, phone systems, etc.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Proactive, organised approach to multitasking.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Professional appearance, courteous manner, and clear, friendly phone voice.
- Strong communication skills.
- Ability to deal with problematic clients.
