About the Role
The Business Analyst will act as the bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring that business requirements are accurately captured, analyzed, and translated into effective technology solutions.
The successful candidate will work closely with clients, project managers, developers, architects, and testing teams to support the delivery of business-critical applications and digital transformation projects.
Key Responsibilities
● Engage with business stakeholders to understand strategic objectives, business processes, and operational challenges.
● Gather, document, analyze, and validate business requirements.
● Facilitate workshops, interviews, and stakeholder meetings to define project scope and requirements.
● Create Business Requirement Documents (BRDs), Functional Specifications, User Stories, Process Flows, and Use Cases.
● Collaborate with technical teams to ensure requirements are clearly understood and implemented effectively.
● Conduct gap analysis and identify opportunities for process improvement and automation.
● Support solution design activities and ensure alignment with business objectives.
● Assist with User Acceptance Testing (UAT), test planning, and defect management.
● Monitor project progress and manage requirement changes throughout the project lifecycle.
● Act as a key point of communication between business users and technology teams.
● Support Agile ceremonies including backlog refinement, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
Required Skills & Experience
● 4+ years of experience as a Business Analyst within technology, consulting, or digital transformation environments.
● Strong experience gathering and documenting business and functional requirements.
● Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
● Experience working with Agile, Scrum, or hybrid project delivery methodologies.
● Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
● Experience creating process maps, workflows, and business documentation.
● Familiarity with software development lifecycle (SDLC) processes.
● Experience working with data analysis and reporting tools.
● Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Visio.
Preferred Qualifications
● Experience working on digital transformation, cloud migration, or enterprise application projects.
● Knowledge of Power BI, SQL, or data analytics concepts.
● Experience with Azure DevOps, Jira, Confluence, or similar collaboration tools.
● Professional certifications such as CBAP, CCBA, PMI-PBA, or Agile certifications are advantageous.
● Experience working within client-facing consulting environments.

Pay: €40,000.00-€80,000.00 per year
