Site Manager - Limerick
€75-85K + Pension + VHI
An established property developer with operations across Ireland, the UK and Europe is looking to appoint an experienced Site Manager to lead a new build apartment scheme valued at c. €10m in Limerick.
The business delivers predominantly residential and mixed use developments and is known for running well organised sites, looking after their people, and maintaining a strong, down to earth site culture.
The Role
- No.1 on site, reporting directly to the Contracts Manager
- Day to day management of site operations from start to finish
- Coordinating subcontractors and ensuring works are delivered safely, on time, and to spec
- Maintaining strong health & safety standards onsite
Requirements
- Proven experience working in Irish construction
- Background with a main contractor, developer or large subcontractor
- Strong residential experience (apartments preferred)
