eir business talent is currently partnering with a leading Main Contractor to recruit an experienced Project Manager to deliver major construction projects.
This is an excellent opportunity to join a highly respected contractor with a strong pipeline of commercial and large-scale build projects across Ireland.
The Role
Reporting to senior management, you will take full responsibility for leading the delivery of construction projects from pre-construction through to handover.
You will play a key role in coordinating multidisciplinary teams, managing programme and commercial performance, and ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Requirements
- Degree qualified in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related discipline
- 5–10+ years’ experience as a Project Manager with a Main Contractor
- Proven track record delivering medium-to-large projects (€10m–€150m+)
- Strong technical knowledge of construction methods, Irish building regulations, and BCAR
- Experience managing project programmes, sequencing, and site logistics
- Strong commercial awareness with experience in cost control, procurement, and contract management
- Proven ability to coordinate design teams, subcontractors, and stakeholders
- Strong leadership skills with experience managing site teams and driving performance
- Excellent communication and client-facing skills
- Strong focus on quality, health & safety, and project delivery standards
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver under pressure
