We are now offering a superb opportunity for a qualified and experienced Estimator to work in our busy and thriving workshop with our Galway team, on a full-time basis, with excellent earning potential which will be tailored for the successful candidate. Liaising with, and supported by, the Group Managers, Bodyshop Manager, and Reception, your role will be to manage specific Insured/ Fleet Accounts, throughout the complete repair process. This will entail direct front of house engagement with Customers, estimate preparation and liaising with Assessors and parts suppliers.
You must have 2 years minimum experience working with Audatex estimating and Bodyshop management systems, together with a wide knowledge of brand specific repair techniques. You will assume responsibility per repair job on each of your assigned Accounts, from estimating right through the repair channel to quality control, handover and invoicing. You will be working collaboratively with our team of experienced MET Technicians, Painters, Panel Beaters, Apprentices and Valetors, and will have a strong focus on quality control and efficiency.

Your experience and understanding of the processes of running a Bodyshop workshop will enable our team to continue to deliver and maintain Collision Experts Galway East, Manufacturer and CSS high standards of excellent repairs and quality control.
Ideally, you will possess the following skills/experience:
Minimum 2 years’ work experience as an Audatex Estimator OR 10 years as a qualified panel beater with a willingness to learn and be trained on the Audatex Enterprise Gold system.
Excellent knowledge and interest of up to date technology and procedures.
Speak English fluently for communication requirements.
Strong organisational and computer skills.
A proactive, experienced Team Leader who can also work on your own initiative.
Excellent Quality Control skills, and possess a keen eye for detail.
