ACMR and Luxe Consulting Services Ltd help SMEs across Ireland, the UK, and Europe install complete revenue growth infrastructure — advertising, automation, CRM systems, and sales processes. We're growing and we need people on the front line engaging prospects, qualifying them, and booking them into consultations with our closing team.
This is a commission-only role. You earn per qualified, booked appointment that shows — not per dial, not per hour. If you can hold a conversation, follow a process without sounding robotic, and you're motivated by results-based pay, this is built for you.
What you'll be doing:
- Responding to inbound leads (ad enquiries, form fills, social media DMs) within defined response times
- Running outbound outreach via phone, email, LinkedIn, and SMS to targeted prospect lists
- Qualifying prospects using a structured framework — assessing budget, decision-making authority, timeline, and fit
- Booking qualified prospects into consultations on the closer's calendar
- Logging every interaction in the CRM (GoHighLevel) — notes, status updates, follow-up tasks
- Following a daily activity cadence: minimum call/message volumes, follow-up sequences, and pipeline hygiene
- Joining weekly pipeline reviews and setter coaching sessions
Who we're looking for:
- Confident on the phone and in written outreach — you can engage a busy business owner in 30 seconds
- Disciplined and self-motivated — commission-only means you eat what you kill, and that excites you
- Coachable — you follow the process, learn the scripts, and improve every week
- Comfortable with CRM tools — GoHighLevel experience is a plus, but any CRM background works
- Available for a minimum of 20 hours per week during business hours (flexible scheduling)
- Based in Ireland, the UK, or Europe — English is essential, French is a bonus
Compensation:
- Commission paid per qualified, booked appointment that shows
- Tiered bonuses for volume — the more you book, the higher your per-appointment rate
- Top setters consistently earn €2,000–€5,000+/month on a part-time schedule
- No cap, no ceiling — your output determines your income
