Restaurant Manager ***luxury hotel***
We are currently recruiting for a Restaurant Manager to join our award winning team in Wildes and oversee the management of our hotel restaurant. We are looking for a dynamic individual with previous experience in a similar role within a hotel environment. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills,a keen eye for detail,strong organisational abilities,and proven leadership skills. In this role,you will report directly to the xxx.

Key Responsibilities of a Restaurant Manager:

Ensure the smooth and efficient running of the restaurant,maintaining high standards of service and hospitality.

Lead and manage the team on the floor,providing guidance,training,and motivation to ensure excellent guest experiences.

Monitor and manage online customer reviews,addressing feedback and taking appropriate actions to continuously improve service.

Motivate and inspire the team to consistently deliver top-notch food and beverage service while maintaining a positive,professional work environment.

Oversee the presentation of all areas,including both front-of-house and back-of-house,ensuring cleanliness and organisation.

Ensure effective communication within the team and across the hotel,collaborating with various departments to enhance the guest experience.

Manage restaurant operations,including reservations,inventory,and stock control,to maintain operational efficiency.

Develop and implement strategies to maximize sales,improve guest satisfaction,and meet performance targets.
What are we looking for?

Previous experience as a Restaurant Manager,Assistant Manager,or in a similar role within a luxury hotel or high-end restaurant.

Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,with a focus on providing outstanding guest service.

Strong organisational and time-management abilities,with the capacity to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Flexibility to work various shifts,including evenings,weekends,and holidays,as required by the operation.
