Job Description
We are ideally seeking a Tyre fitter, that is keen to undertake office duties. This will involve you interacting with customers on a day-to-day basis whilst providing excellent customer service. You will be handling incoming calls from existing customers and helping them with any questions/queries they have. You will support all invoicing and filing of the Branch when required. You will fit tyres and support on basic tasks such as replacing wipers, batteries, bulbs etc...
Responsibilities

Documents sale by creating open jobs or updating customer records via in-house system

Excellent communication skills and telephone manner

Processing payments, processing invoices, filing invoices etc....

Ability and experience to identify types of tyres and fit the tyres

Book in vehicles whilst keeping the Customer updated by follow up phone calls

Be able to deal with stressful situations calmly and professionally
Experience

Someone who is able to navigate through a computer

Motor Trade experience / interest preferred

High Energy, Friendly personality and strong willed
