As our business continues to grow, we are seeking an organised, proactive, and ambitious Administrative Assistant to work directly with the Owner & Director in driving the next stage of our development. The Role This is a varied and exciting role for someone who enjoys working across multiple areas of a growing business. The successful candidate will become a key member of the team, supporting the Owner & Director in administration, marketing, sales, client communication, business development, and operational productivity. The ideal candidate will be highly organised, confident communicating with clients, comfortable using digital tools and social media, and eager to contribute ideas that help the business grow.
Key Responsibilities include :
Manage incoming phone calls, emails, and customer enquiries. Coordinate appointments, meetings, and project schedules. Prepare invoices, and project documentation. Maintain customer records and company databases. Support the Director with diary management and administrative tasks. Follow up on enquiries and assist in converting leads into projects. Maintain strong customer relationships throughout project lifecycles. Interest in construction, heritage, craftsmanship, or design industries isnt necessary but would be an advantage
Competitive salary, based on experience.
Pay: €15.00-€20.00 per hour
