An exciting opportunity has arisen to join our dynamic team in Chieftain Fabrics in Trim, Co. Meath. We are the leading supplier of performance fabrics to contract customers in Ireland and the UK. Our brands have been specified from cinemas to yachts, hospitals to airlines. Our material is used in famous stadia such as Old Trafford, Stanford Bridge and Anfield and movie sets such as James Bond, The Crown and Prometheus.
We are looking for the right person to join our sales and marketing teams. We are a small team so this role will be dynamic and varied with many opportunities to get involved in exciting projects.
The Ideal Candidate should be confident with an eagerness to learn.
- Possess excellent communication and organisational skills
- Have a good working knowledge of MS Word, & Excel
- Working knowledge of Illustrator or Photoshop would be an advantage.
- Have some experience in SEO and mailshot campaigns
- Be enthusiastic with a professional telephone manner
- Is prepared to work as part of a team
- Be well presented
- Previous experience is essential

It is essential that you can work on your own initiative and have a keen attention to detail. The ideal candidate would also have an interest in design and in textiles.
We expect professional and technical skills, excellent time management and open minded and eager to learn.
The role:
- Working as part of the Marketing team in various campaigns.
- Assisting in the Sales Processing role dealing with customers and the despatch team.
- Daily sampling requests for architects and customers
- Identifying Business Opportunities and developing a contacts network
- Researching and Profiling Target Customers and Specifiers
- Promoting our Company and ranges to specifiers and target customers.
Work remotely
- One day per week after successful trial period and training is completed
