Receptionist (Financial Services)
We are currently recruiting for a part time 3 day a week receptionist, to join our growing team in the centre of Naas. As the first point of contact for clients and visitors, The Successful Candidate will play a key role in maintaining a welcoming and efficient front office environment while supporting day-to-day administrative functions.
The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment and learn and develop new skills
Previous experience within a similar role is desirable.
The candidate:
The ideal candidate will need to be self-motivated, have a good work ethic, be flexible in terms of assigned tasks and be able to work both independently and as part of the team.
Applicant must meet the following criteria:
- Previous experience in a receptionist, front desk, or administrative role (experience in financial services preferred)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organisational and multitasking abilities
- Professional appearance and demeanour
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Strong attention to detail
Role Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome clients, visitors, and staff in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer, screen, and direct incoming phone calls promptly
- Printing, filing and scanning of documents,
- Maintain a clean, organised, and presentable reception area
- Booking appointments & managing diaries
- Support compliance by ensuring confidentiality of sensitive financial information
- Manage appointment scheduling and meeting room bookings
- Assist in maintaining CRM Database of existing and new clients
Good References are essential
