We are currently seeking a motivated and reliable Spare Parts Advisor to join our team at our Galway office. This is a full-time, hands-on role within a busy and supportive environment, offering an excellent opportunity to develop your career within a growing organisation.
The successful candidate will play an important role in the day-to-day operation of our Spare Parts department, providing excellent customer service while ensuring efficient stock handling and accurate administration.
Key Responsibilities

Support the daily operations of the Spare Parts department

Identify and source parts using our internal system (full training provided)

Assist customers at the front counter in a professional and helpful manner

Handle telephone enquiries and accurately identify customer requirements

Liaise with colleagues across different departments

Receive deliveries and verify items for accuracy and quality

Prepare and pack orders for dispatch

Generate invoices, delivery notes, and other relevant documentation

Assist with stock control, stock takes, and inventory management

Maintain accurate records through data entry on internal systems

Ensure the storeroom is kept clean, organised, and safe at all times
Skills and Experience

Full, clean driver’s licence required

Previous experience in a similar role is desirable but not essential
