Role Overview
We are seeking a talented and innovative Creative Graphic Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing visually engaging designs that communicate our brand message across print, digital, and promotional channels. This role requires a strong eye for detail, creativity, and the ability to manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and produce creative assets for print, digital, social media, email campaigns, presentations, exhibitions, and promotional merchandise.
- Develop branding concepts, logos, graphics, and visual identities that align with company objectives.
- Collaborate with marketing, sales, and other stakeholders to create impactful visual communications.
- Prepare artwork for print production and digital publication.
- Ensure consistency across all branded materials and maintain graphic standards.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and quality standards.
- Present creative concepts and incorporate feedback from internal teams and clients.
- Stay current with design trends, technologies, and industry best practices.
Required Skills & Experience
- Degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or a related discipline.
- Proven experience in a graphic design role with a strong portfolio showcasing creative work.
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign).
- Knowledge of print production processes and digital design best practices.
- Strong typography, layout, colour theory, and visual storytelling skills.
- Excellent communication and time-management abilities.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a fast-paced environment.
Desirable Skills
- Experience in motion graphics or video editing.
- Familiarity with website design and UX/UI principles.
- Experience creating artwork for promotional merchandise, POS materials, signage, and large-format print.
- Knowledge of Canva, Figma, After Effects, or similar creative tools.
