Position: Production & Warehouse Operative (Floater)
Location: Dublin, Finglas
Reporting to: Assistant Manager

ROLE OVERVIEW
We are currently looking for someone who can work in both our factory, carrying out assembly work, and our warehouse, where they will be responsible for preparing orders and receiving goods.
The ideal candidate will have experience working in a warehouse and be comfortable using hand and power tools such as drills, screwdrivers, and Allen keys, either through previous work experience or DIY projects at home.
We are looking for somebody with a high level of flexibility and a willingness to work across different areas depending on operational requirements.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Warehouse
- Receive goods and update the inventory management system
- Check for damaged or missing items
- Pick and pack orders per dispatch
- Load goods for dispatch
- Move stock around within the warehouse either by hand or by forklift
- Carry out stock counts as and when required
- Keep areas of work clean and tidy to ensure optimal efficiency
- Meet all K.P.I targets set by the Assistant Manager, Warehouse
- Perform additional responsibilities in different areas of the warehouse as requested
Production
- Assemble products and/or parts using tools and equipment according to specifications
- Conduct quality control checks on assemble products to ensure required standards
- Execute daily tasks in line with production schedule and KPIs
- Ensure that your workspace is clean and organized
- Ensure safety standards are observed and adhered to, taking care of your own health and safety as well as that of your colleagues
- Perform additional responsibilities in different areas of Production as requested
REQUIREMENTS
- Previous experience in warehouse is a must
- Counterbalance experience is advantageous
- Proficiency in using warehouse management systems and other computer-based tools.
- A proactive, self-motivated individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to handle challenging situations and resolve conflicts effectively.
- Experience using tools – work experience or DIY skills.
- Dependability, attention to detail, and a willingness to go the extra mile to support the team.
