We are currently looking to hire an experienced Sous for our long established family run Italian Restaurant & Cocktail bar based in Maynooth looking to step up to the next level of their culinary career to work in our Grill & Main Course station, run the pass and provide management support to our Junior chefs and the kitchen team.
An interest & passion for Italian & Mediterranean cooking is an advantage.
Full time Position (5 days per week)
*4 day working week also available.
Sunday Premium paid (Sunday Rate an additional €3.54 per hour).
Full chef & safety uniform provided.

Level 2&3 Food Safety Training provided.

Job specific training & development provided.
Minimum 5 years experience required.

Range:
Yearly €38,000-€42,000
