MOOG MRO Services is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented EHS & Compliance Coordinator to support the Safety, Quality and Compliance function within our aviation maintenance organisation.
This role will be responsible for coordinating Environmental Health & Safety (EHS) activities, supporting regulatory compliance requirements, administering the internal audit programme, and providing general administrative support across the Safety, Quality and Compliance department.
The successful candidate will work closely with operational teams to promote a strong safety culture, maintain compliance with EASA Part 145 requirements, and support continuous improvement initiatives throughout the business.

Key Responsibilities
Environmental, Health & Safety (EHS)
- Support the implementation and maintenance of the company's EHS Management System.
- Coordinate workplace inspections, risk assessments, and safety audits.
- Monitor and track corrective and preventive actions arising from EHS activities.
- Assist with investigations.
- Maintain EHS records, reports, and documentation.
- Support compliance with Irish health, safety, and environmental legislation.
- Coordinate awareness initiatives.
Quality & Regulatory Compliance
- Support compliance with EASA Part 145, FAA, and customer requirements as applicable.
- Assist in planning, scheduling, and conducting internal audits.
- Participate in supplier and process audits when required.
- Support document control activities and management system updates.
- Monitor compliance metrics and prepare reports for management review meetings.
Administration & Reporting
- Provide administrative support to the Safety, Quality and Compliance department.
- Maintain compliance databases and records.
- Prepare presentations, reports, meeting minutes, and KPI dashboards.
- Support continuous improvement projects and compliance initiatives.
Qualifications & Experience
Essential
- Degree qualification in a relevant discipline such as:
- Aviation Management
- Quality Management
- Environmental Science
- Occupational Health & Safety
- Business Management
- Strong organisational and administrative skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to work with regulated documentation.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
Desirable
- Previous experience within an aviation, aerospace, manufacturing, engineering, or regulated industry environment.
- Knowledge of EASA Part 145 requirements.
- Experience supporting internal audit programmes.
- Understanding of Environmental, Health & Safety principles and legislation.
- Familiarity with quality management systems and continuous improvement methodologies.
- Internal Auditor qualification or audit experience.
- Experience working with compliance, safety or quality databases.
