Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and present high-quality dishes in accordance with recipes and standards
- Work efficiently both independently and as part of a team
- Maintain high levels of hygiene and safety in line with HACCP regulations
- Work under pressure in a fast-paced environment while ensuring consistency and quality
- Work alongside our Head and Sous to contribute creative ideas when needed
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a comparable role
- Professional culinary qualification
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume kitchen
- Strong knowledge of HACCP and food safety regulations
- Up-to-date references from previous employers
